While I was collecting some protopie demos to showcase under my “Fun” landing page, featured in Issue #3, I was also onboarding a teammate last week to Protopie at work. This led me to retrospect on why I like the tool and how it stands out from other motion tools in the market.

Before diving into the features, I want to list the essential benefits that helped me become a better product designer since I started using it.

  1. It helped me go from how it looks to how it behaves. Even when designing a single screen these days, I always think about if it should react to scroll, tap, or other gestures
